Who we are

The Minnesota Surgical Society (MSS), a chapter of the ACS, is the premier membership organization for surgeons in the state of Minnesota. MSS is comprised of more than 160 surgeons in various practice settings throughout the state.

Our mission is to promote the knowledge of the science of surgery, encourage the study of surgical literature, elevate the standards of surgery, and educate the public and profession with respect to surgical care.
